- Upfront pricing guarantee: We will always provide options for your heating and air conditioning problems, tell you the cost of the repair up front, and wait for your approval before doing any work.
- No surprises guarantee: The investment quoted for your installation is what you will pay. There will be no additional charges to surprise you
- No breakdown guarantee: Total Comfort Plan members will receive a reduced diagnosis fee and a 15% discount on all repairs
