I had a new heat pump installed recently by Comfort Tech. From initial consultation with Nick, to the install work of Max, Jeff, Jon, and Chad, I was highly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and dedication of the Comfort Tech team. They supported me throughout the process by giving me expert advice, options, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Furthermore, in the first few days of operating my new equipment, I am impressed by its performance. The system offers me a diverse range of climate control options to keep my family comfortable. Looking ahead, I appreciate the support Comfort Tech has also offered in terms of getting the city inspection done correctly as well as with completing the rebate. I was recommended Comfort Tech by a friend of mine and I will continue to spread the word to those looking for HVAC services.

Jeffrey and Max spent 3 days in our home doing an awesome job.
They were very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable taking time to answer all our questions and concerns.
Nick who did our quote was also very helpful and knowledgeable with rebate information.

The team who installed our dual furnace/heat pump were excellent communicators, providing crystal-clear explanations of the system and how it would be installed. They kept the installation area super tidy, cleaning up as if they hadn't been here. The City Inspector remarked on the professionalism of the work they did to build a custom furnace housing for us. Very pleased with our experience.
We couldn't b more pleased with the service this company provides, from very professional reception "to book a date" to the "day before" friendly reminder. Timely, as arranged, our service man Elliot went straight to work, after a thorough clean & check of our fireplace, the furnace was next.
He noticed a moisture leak which had to b fixed, while tending to that, he came across our exhaust vent "not properly sealed"…a couple of problems if not dealt with could not only b costly but a real health issue down the road. He solved them effortlessly and economically.

Just a quick note to say a special thanks to Nick, John, Max and Colby from Comfort Tech for the FANTASTIC job they did installing our new furnace. They were VERY mindful to lay down drop clothes and to clean up after each days work (which my wife and I REALLY appreciated). Max explained our new system clearly and answered all our questions succinctly and clearly. And it actually sounded like these guys were enjoying themselves as they were completely their work (don't see that very often). Thank you gentlemen!
Kudos to Peter for a timely install on our furnace to keep the home fires burning and taking the time to ensure all was working properly prior to leaving.
Also a high five to Kelsey for getting the part here as fast as possible from the US during our postal strike.

In mid-July 2024 ComfortTech Kelowna installed a Daikin variable speed air conditioner unit at my residence. The installation included the Daikin One Touch thermostat and the necessary control units to integrate my existing furnace. Installation was efficient and meticulous. When heating season arrived, it became obvious that there was an issue with the thermostat showing lower faulty readings each time the furnace blower ran. The thermostat was quickly replaced but the result remained identical.
Terri, an owner, discussed the issue with me and the next day her husband and co-owner Jeff, arrived with the servicing technician, David, to look at the situation. The thermostat, which is very sensitive, was being impacted by air being drawn through it to the sub-floor air return. The issue was quickly resolved, and the correct function restored.
This is a company that cares about its customers. All my interactions with its employees and, most lately, the owners have been extremely positive, and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling service installation and service
