My furnace quit during a cool night, the office manager Toni quickly arranged an appointment within 2 hours, Jason did a thorough job making it work temporarily until a specially ordered part arrived from out of town, and he installed the part right the next morning. I am deeply appreciated this wonderful experience.
Now, I have signed up as a total comfort plan member who is enjoying:
1. 3 Comfort Tune Ups in the 1st year, follows 2 each year thereafter. This provides a peace of mind to save money on utility costs, and cleaner system with improved indoor air quality.
2. 15% discount on any accessories or repairs, including parts and labor, plus a full 5 year warranty.
3. Receiving preferred and priority service.
4. Can save and accrue the Total Comfort Plan investment for up to 2 years to put towards a qualifying high efficiency system.
5. The plan will also satisfy the maintenance requirements of any extended warranty.

Wow Great Knowledge & Service " a company that cares about the customer "- after moving into a new home and having a very negative experience with the HVAC company that installed the equipment I reached out to Comfort for help, Sherry was amazing she took extra steps to try to help me , we booked a service call and she sent Zac, he was also great and thorough to inspect, clean & make sure furnace was optimized. I would recommend this company to you - Thank-you, a well run company.
Awesome to deal with. Found the problem on the first visit, fixed the issue. They worked with my schedule. The staff are so easy and amazing to deal with. Customer for life. I wish google had a 6 star option.

Over Christmas my furnance blower motor died. Happened to talk to James at Comfort Tech who very wonderfully found a used but decent motor in the back of their store that they had held onto from a previous furnace swap-out job they had done. It made my Xmas because I'm not a rich guy and money was tight being Xmas and all. Highly recommend these guys and girls, very nice people, not many would go above and beyond like that. Happy New Year to you all.
I have used Comfort Tech for several years and they are fantastic. They have serviced my Air Conditioner, Gas Fireplace and Furnace in the past on their maintenance package. Every technician there is polite, knowledgeable and on-time. Not to mention it is great peace of mind knowing I can call them 24 hours a day and they will be there for me. Recently I moved to a new house and had everything replaced; Hot Water Tank, Air Conditioner, Furnace and Pool Heater. Thank God for their financing options. :-) Not only did they bring a full crew in order to have everything taken care of in the shortest amount of time; they were so neat and tidy that my house looked cleaner when they left than before they got there! Amazing service! They are always available and willing to help before, during and after installation and super fast repairs as well. There are lots of companies that can sell a furnace, air conditioner or heat pump but comfort tech is the best! Thanks again Jeff and Terri!
