Very happy with the crew and they're work. Very professional
I do not normally leave reviews, but my wife and I feel that we really should share our experiences with comfort tech.
We had a furnace and heat pump installed by comfort tech back in 2021. We originally used them through a recommendation from a friend. The original Installation went great, however we did encounter numerous problems with the new system, one was two separate loud sounds when the furnace was operating and the other was that the heat pump system was undersized for my home. Comfort tech were prompt in rectifying the system size issue but were not so prompt at solving the loud sound issues. After numerous calls to the office and many different repair attempts over a two year period we were starting to lose faith in their services. Thankfully comfort tech's service manager Steven came out in January 2023 and quickly found that the issue was with two parts within the blower section of the furnace and not the undersized return air that was previously mentioned by numerous technicians. Elliott returned and Installed the two parts under warranty and the sound issues are finally rectified.
I want to say a big thank you to comfort tech for always coming out to us when we needed them, but I want to give a special thank you to Steven for finding the long standing sound issues and rectifying them so promptly and professionally.
I will be recommending comfort tech's services to everyone in the future.

Comfort Tech replaced our furnace and AC. They were informative but never pushy. They performed the installation on the two days allocated, for the estimated price and left our mechanical room tidy and clean. They were a pleasure to do business with and the equipment is very quiet.

All was very good. Technician called ahead of time, turned up on time, was both pleasant and very informative, spending time with me to explain the system, and potential issues. Had a follow up call from the company within a few hours.
We had a comfort tech crew come in and replace a hot water tank. We called to schedule the service, and they ordered and replaced the hot water tank the next day. They were courteous, professional and efficient. We would recommend using this company.
