Comfort Tech was great to deal with. Our furnace stopped working while we were away, and Nathan was able to get into our house and diagnose the issue, which turned out to be the mother board. Very happy with everything they did for us!
Its hard working team did a wonderful job in upgrading our high efficiency natural gas furnace and more efficient air condition system in less than 2 days prior to the April 1 price increase. A new extra two-pipe air intake and exhaust did not bother the crew at all after our lower level ceiling was finished 6 years ago, installation of new 5" filter box and thermostat made the system better than before. Prompt, effective and clean working ethics, plus $1000 Fortis rebate and Comfort Tech discount also made this experience perfect indeed, and very appreciative.
Comfort Tech installed my new hot water tank. The techs were polite, friendly and very tidy. Nathan did a wonderful job. He is very thorough and double checked all aspects of his work. He also gave me some useful information as he went along. When all was done, the bifold door on the HWT closet was very tight and a bit difficult to close, as the new tank was ever so slightly bigger than the old one. Nathan took the door down a second time and shaved a little off on the inside where you cant see it and it closes smoothly now. He went above and beyond in my opinion. If you need HVAC or HWT assistance I highly recommend Comfort Tech. This is a compny with integrity.
