Had made the move on replacing my furnace with a 2 head unit heat pump and over all the experience was really good. The install team came in as a pretty sizeable crew and had the system completed by the end of the day. This included the removal of the old furnace as well. The guys were great, very courteous, clean and professional. They ended the day by giving tutorials on the system and when they left you could not tell they were here, no garbage or debris left behind.
On the other side of the project was the office team, Taylor and Nic were outstanding on making sure logistics were good and communication was excellent, right from my first phone call to them to the end when signing of paperwork was completed.
When you spend this kind of money you are naturally a bit worried,, Comfort Tech took those worries away, I recommend them for sure!
