The moment I spoke to the staff in the office to schedule the service we knew we'd had made the right choice. Our technician Elliot was courtious and quick to come up with solutions to our challenges. While the job grew larger as the day progressed, there was no hesitation to stay late and get the job done. Would most definitely recommend Comfort Tech.

We had a thermostat issue and Elliot Soar was able to get to our location within the hour. Great guy who knows what he is doing, issue fixed, a previous company install error. By the way Elliot was able to explain in detail what the issue was so that even we understood. In then process we decided, with his explanation, to install a tankless water heater. Furthermore Elliot is a very personal, congenial and informative with his expertise and knowledge.
We will recommend Comforttech to anyone who requires great HVAC service and products; 10 out of 10 for both Elliot and Comforttect.

It's Christmas Day and my furnace stops working ! My regular company is closed till January 3rd. Quickly, It's getting cold in the house and there's a snow storm outside. David, one of their repair fellows comes to my rescue within a few hours and I have heat again!!! If you can count on a company to come on Christmas Day then they have my business forever!!
