The tech was extremely cordial and honest. I asked about the need or value of a particular service and he checked and said I didn't require it at this time. This is a fresh and honest approach vs my previous experience with a HVAC company who always upsold me and lied about my need for a new AC unit. Honesty and integrity are what we all desire and appreciate. Comfort Tech provided it and thus I made an agreement to have them look after my HVAC needs in the future.
Used Comfort Tech for installation of furnace and AC, and then later fireplace maintenance. All staff have been great to deal with. Professional, courteous, helpful and really care about their work and quality of services. I highly recommend them to others. Landon did a great job for Comfort Tech pointing out the superiority of DAIKIN air conditioning. It's so much quieter than what we had. Installation was scheduled quickly and on the day the crew arrived promptly at a designated time not within a designated window of time. They were polite and friendly (to our dog, too) and their work was thoroughly and efficiently done. Office staff was responsive and knowledgeable.
We definitely recommend Comfort Tech for their reliability, professionalism and top quality equipment.
