They are very professional, giving us details of what they have to do. They respect our safety, always have been on time. Good workmanship. We have used them for years for our heating and cooling system. We will continue to use their service. I would highly recommend them.
The unit is fantastic; it works beautifully and almost soundlessly. I had to call them for the 1-year (and included in purchase price) service. I also had to pay for next year's service in advance, which I find very odd as I have not encountered this with any business before. The service tech was really professional, courteous and knowledgeable so that was very much appreciated!
We were very pleased with our Comfort Tech experience. Nick made sure the unit was appropriately sized for our condo and determined that it was available in Kelowna. Jason figured out how to make the new return air ducting requirement work in our situation and Dixon, Max and (?) efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new one. Dixon and Max were very professional in their work of completing the gas, electrical and condensate neutralizer hook-ups and making sure all settings were working properly. We also appreciated the efforts by the team to make sure that floors were protected and the work area cleaned up. Thanks for a good job!

He serviced our unit and installed a electronic air cleaner. He also showed and explained its operation in detail. Highly recommend Comfort Tech Heating and Cooling and will call them for our next servicing.

had Comfort tech do maintenance on both my gas fireplace and furnace recently. Both technicians were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable.The tech. corrected a setting on my furnace that had existed since installation by a different company.

The comfort tech showed up on time and performed the service quickly and professionally and took the time to explain the relevant information to me and even explain the thermostat that we have. Once he was finished we immediately signed up for the yearly service package. Would definitely recommend this company.
