Comfort Tech were recommended to us and they did not disappoint! They were very responsive to service our failing water heater but ultimately we elected to proceed with replacement rather than repair. Installation of our new water heater was completed as scheduled with no surprises. Our service technician was courteous, knowledgeable and clearly quite proficient at his trade. We were extremely impressed with the overall professionalism and follow-up provided by Comfort Tech and we will definitely call on them for all our future needs.

Elliot Soar, came to install a new fan in my old furnace. He was on time and did the the work efficiently and effectively. I learned he is new to ComfortTech. I just want to congratulate them for hiring such a knowledgeable, personable and polite young professional! Bravo!

We have had Comfort Tech for a few years using for maintenance as well as a replacement furnace. Only one service person not happy, nor did we mix well with. I was happy to see they listened and corrected the situation and we are back on board. Happy to see them back as it makes us feel very comfortable again that both A/C & Heating are all working and good. They don't try to push not needed repairs. We see them twice a year for maintenance checks.
