Exceptional company. Installing our ac was seamless. I needed some direction programming the thermostat, a few months later, and no problem, they came back for a follow up.

The techs arrive at the appointed time, were very professional. They took the time to explain what was going to happen, and went about the removal and replacement of the air conditioning coil and compressor. While the old coil was removed they took the time to do a thorough inspection of the furnace components. I would highly recommend Comfort Tech. All the people we have dealt with have been extremely helpful, from office staff to the repairmen and installers.

So, so, so happy a Technician from this company could come after hours to my home on the day my A/C unit failed. Service was great. I was not surprised at the after hour surcharge on the rate this company charges per hour but I was very surprised that this company charged an after hour SURCHARGE ON THE PRICE OF THE PART that needed to be replaced. That was a first for me and I thought that this practice was going too far.
We had our a/c unit stop working suddenly during a heat wave. We had another company set up that was available sooner but that fell through. I called Comfort Tech at 4:30 pm Tuesday (this was already a week of no a/c) and told them our situation and they had techs here by 9:00am Wednesday, the next day!
Aussie Mike and Graham assessed the problem, immediately contacted the vendor and the office, and within a couple hours we had the quote and ETA for the repairs. The parts had to be shipped in unfortunately, so it was likely to be a few days and another weekend in major hot temperatures.
To our surprise, they overnighted the parts, the techs made a special trip to get them from the warehouse when they arrived and they came back late that afternoon.
Everything was fixed and up and running so quickly - within a day and a half from assessment to shipping to repaired!
We cannot say enough about how happy we are with the service we received.
Aussie Mike and Graham were so knowledgeable and helpful, professional and kind. The Ladies I spoke with in the office that did all the work behind the scenes to expedite this process were so understanding, efficient and wonderful to deal with.
We ended up purchasing a maintenance program from them as well and will be sure to use Comfort Tech for all our HVAC needs in the future.
