The service was outstanding, very fast. They were at my place within 2 hours, they explained what needed to be fixed. Within 2 days the parts were installed. They explained everything and no pressure. I would highly recommend Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling Ltd.

We were very surprised by the level of service we received from ComfortTech. Having worked with many home services companies before, I anticipated the regular kind of approach, where someone shows up, gives an estimate and hopefully they come back to do the work, but in this case, this growing local
company has clearly worked hard to develop an efficient diagnostic, sales and installation system. Absolutely no complaints from us. We were pretty impressed with their whole team.
I was pleased that I was contacted quite soon after my inquiry. The two young technicians who came to check my furnace/air conditioner unit were polite, courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable.
We had to get a new furnace and air conditioner as part of our renovation, although it was unexpected. All of the technicians were courteous and respectful. I felt this was a reflection on the owner(s), so because of that we completely trusted their judgement on what was required. We do not regret our decision.
