The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, honest and a sheer pleasure to work with. Can't say enough about them and I continually tell everyone I know to use this company! And, being on the yearly plan is a win/win!!!
From speaking with Paula on my first enquiry to saying goodbye to Morgan after the service, the whole experience was absolutely first class. Morgan was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, a very good ambassador for the company. It's never easy to have workers in your home, but having Comfort Tech was no intrusion whatsoever. The costs are amazing compared to other companies. Morgan was able to assure us of continued good service with the service program and told us to telephone day or night should we have any problems. Excellent company, excellent service and excellent technicians!

Comfort Tech was FANTASTIC to deal with. This past February gave us a run for our money with our current heating system. So we decided to take the plunge and upgrade to a ductless heating/cooling system. Right from the start of the project in working with Doug to plan out our needs for this house, to having Zac's crew make it happen, the whole experience was great! Very professional and pleasant guys to be around. They listened to my questions and did exactly as planned! This has been the best experience with house renos to date!

Our furnace issue was not properly identified by another company, the furnace was 22 years old, but we found out later thanks to Comfort Tech not in operable shape. What I thought was a faulty smoke detector turned into the realization that we were getting carbon monoxide into the house . We made the decision to go with Comfort Tech after the company we were dealing with who patched up our furnace said they did not know how they would vent a new furnace as they needed a 2 inch pipe vented to the outside and the furnace was not located very bright by the home builder. They told us to wait to Spring when they would come back for a second look, I called Comfort Tech to get a second opinion, not only did Doug serve our needs to replace our furnace, his can do attitude resulted in a very professional installation. Their team had no issue solving the venting plan for the furnace. When they took the old furnace out they sound two large tears in the heat exchanger, we may not have made it til Spring. Today its minus 17 with a windchill to minus 26, coldest day we have seen in the Okanagan in a long time. Comfort Tech has very high ratings as a company, we know why that is. This Company I can not recommend any higher. Integrity, problem solving, high quality service with an honest reliable professional approach. Thanks Comfort Tech
